Project Controller to CFO Services
Do you have experience in project controlling and/or cost engineering? We are seeking a skilled and motivated senior consultant (Project Controller) to join our dynamic team to work for some of the biggest companies in Scandinavia
Beierholm CFO Services helps our clients driving projects including financial analysis, optimization and reporting to optimize financial results. We are often involved in transformation and development processes and we solve tasks that at times require special skills and efforts. We can also cover resource needs when staffing is affected by illness, resignation or the like. The assignments can be of shorter or longer duration, and as a consultant you can be associated with a long term assignment as well as several different tasks with different customers.
About the position:
As a Project Controller (Senior Consultant), you will be responsible for managing financials within direct project execution. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our clients projects, ensuring that they stay on track and within budget. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential as you monitor project expenses, analyze variances, and provide timely reports to stakeholders. You will interact with various internal stakeholders in the company's organization as well as external stakeholders. The work can take place at the customers' premises or out of one of Beierholm's offices. Responsibilities may include the following:
• Developing, creating, monitoring, and executing cost controls
• Focus on cost management, scheduling, project resources, progress reports, forecasting, and risk management
• Supplement your business/finance/accounting knowledge with broad technical knowledge within our clients area of business, which will help you in your daily work
• Build a broad network in with regular contact with many different areas of the business to govern solutions within the projects.
• Navigate in a dynamic and sometimes hectic working environment.
Qualifications
You preferably hold a master's in Finance, Accounting, Project Management or Business and possess a minimum of 2-3 years of practical cost controlling experience - maybe from a long-term student position or from a full-time job.
You have:
• Broad knowledge in executing step-by-step cost controlling
• Experience in creating and forecasting project budgets/cost
• Previous experience from working in a GMP regulated industry is a plus, but not required
• God working skills in English and Danish
